During my 14 years of professional sports field management industry, most recently the last 7 years with the Birmingham Barons, I have been fortunate enough to face and overcome many career challenges. I am grateful for the many great friendships and memories I have made along the way.
The skill set that my colleagues and I acquired are the greatest asset that we have to offer our customers. We have been through it literally, day in day out. The same standard we held ourselves to on our professional fields as former turf managers will be the very same standards we hold ourselves to now with our customers.
